Free UK Delivery

All orders in excess of £75 are delivered free of charge throughout the UK mainland, Channel Islands, Scottish Highlands, Northern Ireland, Isle of Wight and the Isle of Man. For orders below this value there is an additional charge of £4.99 to cover postage and packing. All orders to Southern Ireland will be subject to a delivery charge of £15.

Orders for curtain linings (blackout and polycotton) are normally delivered using Royal Mail Parcels. If Royal Mail Parcels try to deliver your order whilst you are out, a card will be left giving details of your local sorting office where you can collect the goods.

Orders for curtains are normally delivered using Parcelforce or DHL.

With Parcelforce should initial delivery not be achieved, a missed delivery card will be left offering the following options:
  . Automatic re attempted delivery.
  . Collection after 48hrs from local Parcelforce depot.
  . Collection after 48hrs (held for maximum 7 days) from elected local post office at a cost of 50p upon collection.

With DHL should initial delivery not be achieved, a missed delivery card will be left offering the following options:
  . Automatic re attempted delivery.
  . Collection after 48hrs from local DHL depot.

Delivery charges are not refundable in the event that no one was available to accept or collect the delivery.

Delivery is not free under the following circumstances:
  . For orders under £75 an additional £4.99 carriage will be added to your order.
  . Returning unwanted goods to us.
  . Re-despatching unwanted goods that are exchanged
  . If goods are uncollected from Royal Mail Parcels or Parcelforce.
  . Re-despatching uncollected goods.

Order despatched within 48 hours

Most curtain orders are despatched within 48 hours if in stock (09:00 Monday - 17:00 Friday, excluding public holidays) and usually delivered within 3-5 working days as we despatch direct from the manufacturer. However please see the individual product information for despatch details as a few ranges can take up to 5 working days to despatch.

If for any reason we can't despatch your order within the time shown on the individual product information page then we will contact you immediately.

All dates quoted for delivery are estimated only and we accept no liability for any loss or damage (whether direct or indirect).
