Do you have Return Guarantee?

If once you have received your curtains and they aren’t to your liking we’ll be happy for you to return them within 14 days. A full refund or exchange can only be offered under the following circumstances:
  • You have informed that you want to refund or exchange your goods
  • Your goods are in the same condition as when you received them.
  • Your goods are complete with all packaging.
  • You have not gathered or hung your curtains.

When returning items you are strongly recommended to obtain proof of postage as we cannot accept responsibility for parcels lost in transit.

Is Delivery Free within the UK?

All orders are delivered free of charge for a limited period throughout the UK mainland, Scottish Highlands, Northern Ireland, Isle of Wight and the Isle of Man. The Channel Islands are excluded.

Small Orders are normally delivered through the post. All other orders are normally delivered using couriers MyHermes, Collect Plus or UK Mail.

All the couriers reserve the right to deliver to a safe place or a neighbour if you are not in. If they deliver to a safe place or a neighbour then the courier will put a card through the recipients letterbox detailing the location of the parcel.

Depending on the value, the couriers may need to obtain a signature. When delivering the parcel if you are not at home the couriers will attempt to deliver to a neighbour and get their signature. If a signature cannot be obtained a card will be left for the recipient and the courier will keep the package for redelivery. Once an attempt has been made to deliver 3 times the parcel will automatically be returned to us.

Applicable delivery charges are not refundable in the event that no one was available to accept or collect the delivery.

The customer is responsible for the applicable delivery charges in the following circumstances:
  . Returning unwanted goods to us.
  . Re-despatching unwanted goods that are exchanged.
  . Re-despatching goods that are automatically returned to us as the recipient had not contacted the courier.
  . Re-despatching uncollected goods.


How long will it take to despatch my order?

Most curtain orders are despatched within 48 hours if in stock (09:00 Monday - 17:00 Friday, excluding public holidays) and usually delivered within 3-5 working days as we despatch direct from the manufacturer where possible. However please see the individual product information for despatch details as a few ranges can take up to 7 working days to despatch.

If for any reason we can't despatch your order within the time shown on the individual product information page then we will contact you immediately.

How can I order?

ONLINE Orders are payed for online by Credit/Debit card. We currently accept Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express, Delta, JCB, Switch and Solo.

Do you provide a cut down service?

A cut down service is available on the following ranges only - Casssandra, Chelsea, Florence, Folia, Gosford, Kendo, Luna, Newbury, Nina, Rochelle, Stamford.
The cost for pencil pleat curtains are width 117cm - £15.00, 168cm - £20.00, 228cm - £25.00.
The cost for eyelet curtains are width 117cm - £20.00, 168cm - £25.00, 228cm - £30.00.

Do you have a Secure Server?

We only accept orders that are placed using Secure Socket Layer (SSL). This technology prevents you from inadvertently revealing personal information using an un-secure connection. No credit or debit card details are stored once your order has been processed. We have a PCI compliant certificate. This is why you can save your favourite delivery address, but you need to enter your card details each time you order. Furthermore, as required by the UK Data Protection Legislation, we follow strict security procedures in the storage and disclosure of information which you have given us, to prevent unauthorised access.

Can I order Fabric Samples

Order up to five samples completely free of charge! Thereafter we will charge £0.99 per fabric sample (we will contact you and ask you to leave payment details on our SSL secure server).

I have received faulty goods, what do I do?

If you have received damaged or faulty goods, would like to apologise, as we check the quality of all our curtains before despatch. Please inform us and we will offer you a FULL refund or exchange.
