Do you have Return Guarantee?

If once you have received your curtains and they aren’t to your liking we’ll be happy for you to return them within 7 days. A full refund or exchange can only be offered under the following circumstances:
  • You have informed CheapCurtains.co.uk that you want to refund or exchange your goods
  • Your goods are in the same condition as when you received them.
  • Your goods are complete with all packaging.
  • You have not gathered or hung your curtains.


When returning items you are strongly recommended to obtain proof of postage as we cannot accept responsibility for parcels lost in transit. Is Delivery Free within the UK?

All orders in excess of £75 are delivered free of charge throughout the UK mainland, Channel Islands, Scottish Highlands, Northern Ireland, Isle of Wight and the Isle of Man. For orders below this value there is an additional charge of £4.99 to cover postage and packing. All orders to Southern Ireland will be subject to a delivery charge of £12.

Orders for curtain linings (blackout and polycotton) are normally delivered using Royal Mail Parcels. If Royal Mail Parcels try to deliver your order whilst you are out, a card will be left giving details of your local sorting office where you can collect the goods.

Orders for curtains are normally delivered using Parcelforce or DHL.

With Parcelforce should initial delivery not be achieved, a missed delivery card will be left offering the following options:
  . Automatic re attempted delivery.
  . Collection after 48hrs from local Parcelforce depot.
  . Collection after 48hrs (held for maximum 7 days) from elected local post office at a cost of 50p upon collection.

With DHL should initial delivery not be achieved, a missed delivery card will be left offering the following options:
  . Automatic re attempted delivery.
  . Collection after 48hrs from local DHL depot.

Delivery charges are not refundable in the event that no one was available to accept or collect the delivery.

Delivery is not free under the following circumstances:
  . For orders under £75 an additional £4.99 carriage will be added to your order.
  . Returning unwanted goods to us.
  . Re-despatching unwanted goods that are exchanged
  . If goods are uncollected from Royal Mail Parcels or Parcelforce.
  . Re-despatching uncollected goods.

WE DO NOT DELIVER OUTSIDE OF THE BRITISH ISLES

How long will it take to despatch my order?

Most curtain orders are despatched within 48 hours if in stock (09:00 Monday - 17:00 Friday, excluding public holidays) and usually delivered within 3-5 working days as we despatch direct from the manufacturer. However please see the individual product information for despatch details as a few ranges can take up to 5 working days to despatch.

If for any reason we can't despatch your order within the time shown on the individual product information page then we will contact you immediately.

 How can I order?

ONLINE Orders are payed for online by Credit/Debit card. We currently accept Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express, Delta, Switch and Solo.

Do you have a Secure Server?

We only accept orders that are placed using Secure Socket Layer (SSL). This technology prevents you from inadvertently revealing personal information using an un-secure connection. No credit or debit card details are stored once your order has been processed. This is why you can save your favourite delivery address, but you need to enter your card details each time you order. Furthermore, as required by the UK Data Protection Legislation, we follow strict security procedures in the storage and disclosure of information which you have given us, to prevent unauthorised access.

Can I order Fabric Samples

Order up to five samples completely free of charge! Thereafter we will charge £0.99 per fabric sample (we will contact you and ask you to leave payment details on our SSL secure server).

I have received faulty goods, what do I do?

If you have received damaged or faulty goods, CheapCurtains.co.uk would like to apologise, as we check the quality of all our curtains before despatch. Please inform us and we will offer you a FULL refund or exchange.
