Do you have Return Guarantee? If once you have received your curtains and they aren’t to your liking we’ll be happy for you to return them within 7 days. A full refund or exchange can only be offered under the following circumstances:
All orders in excess of £50 are delivered free of charge throughout the UK mainland, Channel Islands, Scottish Highlands, Northern Ireland, Isle of Wight and the Isle of Man. For orders below this value there is an additional charge of £4.99 to cover postage and packing. Orders for curtain linings (blackout and polycotton) are normally delivered using Royal Mail Parcels. If Royal Mail Parcels try to deliver your order whilst you are out, a card will be left giving details of your local sorting office where you can collect the goods. Orders for curtains are normally delivered using Parcelforce. Should initial delivery not be achieved, a missed delivery card will be left offering the following options:
